Biography

Alyson Court has been the face & voice of kids’ shows across the globe for over 40 years. Making her feature film debut as Ruthie the little farm girl in Sesame Street Presents: Follow That Bird, Alyson made her voice acting debut as Malani in the original Ewoks cartoon and has continued to lead a hugely successful voice acting career, some of her most notable roles being Lydia Deetz in the Beetlejuice animated series, Jubilee in the original X-Men animated series, and Claire Redfield in the Capcom video game franchise. Alyson has continued to act in front of the camera as well, even playing Priscilla Presley in the feature film, Elvis Meets Nixon, but she is perhaps best known for her internationally iconic portrayal of Loonette from The Big Comfy Couch. These days Alyson continues to act but spends most of her professional time directing children’s TV. She has a slew of shows on Netflix and Disney and is currently directing episodes of Blue’s Clues for Nickelodeon, Open Season, Let’s Go Bananas, My Little Pony and The Secret Truth about The Earth Rangers.
