This waterfront all-suite hotel with a brick exterior in Downtown is 5 minutes’ walk from Center 200 (CaperCon’s venue), a 6 minutes’ walk from the Highland Arts Theatre, and 2.2 km from the Membertou Trade and Convention Centre.

The modern suites feature flat-screens, microwaves, coffeemakers and minifridges. They offer free Wi-Fi and work desks. Some have harbour views, whirlpool tubs, living rooms and/or dining rooms.

Free amenities include a hot breakfast buffet in a casual-chic restaurant (also serving lunch and dinner), parking and Wi-Fi throughout. There’s a weekly social hour with snacks and drinks, as well as a rooftop patio and a fitness room.

This rate would apply to both of our standard rooms as well as our one bedroom suites. Our standard room can have either two double beds or one kind, it would not have the separate bedroom and living room. Our one bedroom suites would be separated and can have either two double beds or one kind in the separate bedroom with pull out sofa in the living room. Both of these room types would get the CaperCon rate, just need to mention it when booking your reservation.

**Our harbourview suites which are a little larger and have waterviews would only be an additional $10.00.
